Brass plaque attached to the facade of the table reads: "This Great Hall Furniture including Headmaster's chair, table, lectern and four chairs was a gift to the School from Swap Shop profits in 1988. We ask that all Great Hall users take great care to ensure that this furniture is not damaged."
