DescriptionThe 2008 Melbourne School Bands Festival, marking its 20th anniversary, was held at the Robert Blackwood Concert Hall and the School of Music Auditorium, both located within Monash University. This festival is a two-week program where school bands from metropolitan Melbourne, country Victoria, and interstate gather to perform, listen, and participate in tutorials, with a focus on education.
