Hammer presented to Mrs Mary Cramer to christen the 'Gerard Cramer' Carey Eight, 1989.

Statement of significanceCeremonial hammer with a polished wooden handle and metal head. Attached to the handle are three ribbon strands — one blue, one black and one yellow — tied neatly in a bow. A brass plaque fixed to the handle reads:

“PRESENTED TO MRS. G. L. CRAMER AT THE CHRISTENING OF THE GERARD CRAMER 11-2-89.”

The hammer is a commemorative item, presented to Mrs. G. L.
