Rectangular bronze plaque with raised lettering and four mounting holes. The plaque was originally affixed to a large wooden cross constructed from Oregon timber. The cross was installed in the William Carey Chapel in memory of Dr William Moore, the Foundation President of the Carey Council.
The cross and plaque were decommissioned in 2019 during the refurbishment of the Chapel.
