Carey Grammarians' Lodge No. 810 was consecrated at the Emulation Hall, Canterbury, on 29 June 1959 by Most Worshipful Brother Judge Nelson, Q.C., Pro Grand Master, representing the Most Worshipful Grand Master, Most Worshipful Brother General Sir Dallas Brooks, K.C.B., K.C.M.G., K.C.V.O., D.S.O., Kt. St. J.
The sponsoring lodge was Trinity Grammarians' Lodge No. 500.
The foundation members of the Lodge were a group of men firmly united by the shared bonds of Brotherhood in Freemasonry and a deep, enduring commitment to the well-being of Carey Grammar School.
The Lodge met until until 1995.
