Gadsden House is named in honour of Stanley Wilkinson Gadsden - the inaugural Vice President of the Carey Parents’ Association in 1929 and president two years later.
He and his wife Alfreda were active in supporting the appeal for resources to construct the Memorial Great Hall which honours one of their sons.
