Jon began his teaching career at Carey in July 1995, taking on a position as a Year 6 teacher. Less than four years later he secured the position of Deputy Head. He was appointed Head of  Donvale Campus in April 2001 and his move to Scotch College marked the end of almost ten years at the helm.
