Named in honour of David Lord (OCG 1953), the D.R. Lord Trophy was awarded to the winner of the annual cricket match between the Old Carey Grammarians’ First XI and the School’s First XI. While the dates of its establishment and retirement are unclear, it was still in use in 2003, when it was won by the Old Carey Grammarians’ Cricket Club.
